The test bench developed by Matériau Ingénierie is a benchtop with four measuring stations operated independently by two. Thus the operator can prepare a test on a computer while another test is in progress.

The Stitch Damage Test allows for fatigue testing seams simple and safe for the operator. The establishment of the specimens is easy and maintenance is effective.

The operation of Stitch Damage Test requires only a single-phase 230 V power supply, 50 Hz (other voltages available).

The distance between the jaws is adjustable, allowing the lengths of test variables.

The masses are quickly changeable to apply the force required by the standard or reference method.

The Stitch Damage Test currently proposed meets the requirements of PSA (D45 2024), Nissan (M0154) and Ford (BN 106-02).

The adaptation of Stitch Damage Test to other test methods is possible. We are at your service for any request.
