Calibration
The standard ISO 17025 is the reference for our organisation.
All the devices supplied, new or reconditioned are calibrated and adjusted. The measuring systems integrated in our instruments are compared to a standard and their values are adjusted (if necessary) to meet the reference requirements (standard or manufacturer's requirements).
A measuring instrument consists of one or multiple sensitive components necessary to display a value or a series of points. According to the design of the instrument these elements are prone to drift. It is very difficult to predict this drift as the factors which influence it are variable, such as: frequency of utilisation, mode of application, age of the instrument, environment, etc.
This drift, if unknown and/or not corrected can cause serious harm to the quality of the final product.
All the means used rely on a national or international standard thus ensuring their traceability.
We provide upon request, a copy of the calibration certificate.
